We use information to create and secure accounts, connect users with swimmer profiles, process results, calculate rankings and achievements, provide team and fantasy features, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and performance.
Children and family accounts
Swimming data may relate to young athletes. Parents, guardians and clubs should only provide information they are authorised to share. We design account access so swimmer information can be connected to the appropriate user or guardian.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by trusted hosting, database, authentication and email providers that help us operate SwimRankd. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
Storage, security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information only while needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve disputes.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to legal and operational requirements. You can also ask questions about profile linking or imported competition data.
