These terms govern access to and use of SwimRankd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Using SwimRankd
You may use SwimRankd for lawful swimming, club, results and competition activities. You must provide accurate account information, keep login details secure and notify us if you believe an account has been compromised.
Accounts and young athletes
Where an account or swimmer profile relates to a minor, a parent, guardian, club or other authorised adult must ensure they have permission to provide and manage the relevant information.
Uploaded data
You must have the right to upload competition files and other content. You remain responsible for its accuracy and legality. You grant SwimRankd permission to process that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
Results and rankings
Rankings, points, badges and comparisons are calculated from available data. They may be incomplete or contain errors and should not be treated as official governing-body records unless clearly stated.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, scrape the service at scale, or use another person’s data without permission.
Service availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features as the product develops. We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but provide it on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Ending access
You may stop using SwimRankd at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements.
